SITE SERVICE TERMS

Please note that the Cottonwood Creek RV Park office is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s day. Last-minute arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day unless arranged well in advance with the Site Manager. Please contact us if you wish to make such an arrangement.

Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. daily. No arrivals past 7 p.m. or during dark hours unless previously discussed with management.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Options: We accept credit card payments, money orders, and ACH via the resident portal. No cash whatsoever. Please contact us if you are unsure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Advance notice is appreciated for all canceled reservations. This also applies to date changes.

No refunds whatsoever.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE TIMES

Check-In: After 2:00 pm. No check-ins after 7 p.m. or during dark hours without first discussing with park management. NO SUNDAY CHECK-INS.

Check Out: by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
