Your RV, your arrival window and a smoother first day.

Confirm your RV fits.

Give the office your RV length, slide-outs, electrical needs and towing setup. Include extra vehicles and any site-access requirements. Ask about your assigned space and the best approach from FM 165 before traveling.

Agree on an arrival window.

Plan for arrival after 2 PM, and confirm the time with the office. There are no Sunday check-ins. Any arrival after 7 PM or after dark must be discussed ahead of time. On holiday dates, contact the office well in advance because the office closes for Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.

Prepare your connections and pets.

Bring the power, water and sewer equipment appropriate for your RV and the assigned site. Keep pets controlled and leashed outside the dog park, have waste bags ready and review the park rules before arrival. Let the office know about pets when arranging your stay.

Keep your first day straightforward.

Use the published map to understand the general layout, then follow the office’s site assignment. Confirm where to park and how to access the facilities. Save the park phone number so you can call if your arrival plans change. Checkout is by 11 AM on the departure day.
