Monthly RV sites start at $650 plus electricity, with a $150 deposit. Taxes are additional. Call for current availability and a complete quote.
Do you offer nightly and weekly stays?
Yes. Nightly rates start at $65 and weekly rates at $365. Weekly stays require a $50 deposit. Electricity and taxes are additional.
What hookups are available?
RV sites have 30/50 amp electricity, water and sewer connections. Confirm site fit and hookup requirements with the office.
Do I bring my own RV?
Yes. The advertised accommodation is an RV site. Tell the office your RV length, slide-outs and electrical needs.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, with no additional pet fee. Pets must be leashed outside the dog park, supervised and cleaned up after. Review the complete park rules before arriving.
What time is check-in?
Plan for check-in after 2 PM and confirm your arrival window with management. No Sunday check-ins. Arrivals after 7 PM or after dark require an advance discussion with management.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11 AM on your departure day.
What are the office hours?
Monday through Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM. Sunday is by appointment, with no Sunday check-ins. The office is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
How do I arrange an extended stay?
Call (512) 858-0321 with your planned dates, length of stay, RV details, vehicles and pets. Ask about availability, minimum-stay requirements and current terms.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. If connectivity is important for your work or travel, discuss your requirements with the office before your stay. Service performance can vary.
How is electricity billed?
Electricity is not included in the advertised rates. Ask the office for the current calculation, billing schedule and any applicable charges.
Can I receive mail or packages?
Please check with management before sending mail or packages. Confirm the appropriate delivery address and any handling arrangements.
Is there an RV age restriction?
Call with your RV’s age, condition and size to confirm eligibility and site fit before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
The current published policy states that refunds are not offered. Advance notice is appreciated for cancellations or changes of dates. Discuss the terms before confirming your stay.
How do residents make a payment?
Use the resident payment portal. New guests should call the park to arrange a stay first.
