Park Rules

General Rules

  • Please note that the Cottonwood Creek RV Park office is closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s day. 
  • Last-minute arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day unless arranged well in advance with the Site Manager. 
  • Please contact us if you wish to make such an arrangement.
  • Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m., and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. daily.
  • No arrivals past 7 p.m. or during dark hours unless previously discussed with management.
  • Check-In: After 2:00 pm.  No check-ins after 7 p.m. or during dark hours without first discussing with park management.  NO SUNDAY CHECK-INS.
  • Check Out: by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Advance notice is appreciated for all canceled reservations.
  • This also applies to date changes.
  • No refunds whatsoever.

Pet Policy

  • Pets must be under control at all times.
  • If they are aggressive towards other dogs or people they must be kept on a leash.
  • No pet should be left unattended outdoors at any time, especially overnight.
  • Dogs may be off a leash in the Dog Park to allow them to exercise.
  • Barking, digging, and aggressive and destructive behavior are prohibited.
  • No pet will be allowed to remain in the park that is a disturbance or aggressive to other guests or pets.
  • Our “Pet Area” consists of all 27 Acres and only one rule applies… if you are walking your pet, YOU MUST PICK UP AFTER THEM in all areas of the park.
  • This includes roads, Walking Paths, Yards, RV Sites, Dog parks, and anywhere you may walk your Pet.
